Floc de Gascogne Red - by the bottle

Floc de Gascogne is the perfect and subtle marriage between know-how and tradition. At harvest time, fresh young grape juice and Armagnac (two-thirds and one-third) are blended
in a tank, protected from air contact.
The blend is left to wait until the end of winter.

Grape varieties : Merlot (50%), Cabernet-Sauvignon (50 %)
 
Taste characteristics : The Merlot gives its raspberry aromas, and the Cabernet Sauvignon its complex red fruit flavours. Merlot is round on the palate, while Cabernet gives good freshness. These two traditional grape varieties reveal the joy of this product, which will delight your taste buds either as an aperitif or with dessert.
